I'm not too sure personally Alex but the venue is very central, anything in the Melbourne CBD that you can get a cheap deal for will be walking distance to the venue.

CouchWarriors and Tough Cookie are pleased to announce that BAM6 on 9th-11th May will be an Official Qualifier for South East Asia Majors (SEAM) in Singapore on 20th-22nd June.
SEAM is the biggest event in the region, attracting top level international players from around the world, and will be a Capcom Pro Tour Premier Tournament.
The winner of Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition at BAM6 will receive flights to Singapore thanks to BAM, and accommodation in Singapore thanks to SEAM.
Seeding points: The above grand prize winner will also receive seeding points into the SEAM tournament brackets. In addition, while not receiving flights or accommodation, seeding points will be awarded to additional games played at BAM.
The TOP 2 of the following games will also receive Seeding points for SEAM:
Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition, Ultimate Marvel VS Capcom 3, King of Fighters 13, Tekken Tag Tournament 2, Blaz Blue Chrono Phantasma
So players, practice hard for Battle Arena Melbourne, because your next stop will be Singapore for SEAM!

After a huge fifth anniversary event in 2013, BATTLE ARENA MELBOURNE is back on MAY 10-11, 2014!
The annual Major celebrates the Victorian fighting game scene, while providing a national platform for players across the country to come together and compete. We look forward to seeing all the players who had a great time at previous BAM events again, and welcome new players and spectators to our amazing community.
As always there will be plenty of free-play and casual setups for players looking for practice or just for fun outside the tournament action. Of course, players will be hungry for glory and one of the iconic BAM boxing glove trophies
CouchWarriors is proudly partnering with New Game Plus as the BAM6 media and streaming partner. Look forward to many more exciting announcements on the event shortly.

We'll be doing an announcement soon (hopefully in the next day or two) with the full Exhibition lineup for Friday night. Don't fret if your match isn't on there though as there'll be some time over the weekend to squeeze in matches as well.
Also Colonov will be bringing a stream setup that can be used to stream big matches that can't be put on the main stream as well.

I duno whether to learn him or the matchup b4 then
At this stage the plan is to allow him, with the proviso that we get the codes in time to unlock him on all the setups. Either way I'd recommend learning the match-up just in case.

Yep, you can add a game on the day so long as the pools haven't started yet, so long as there is room. If the pools have filled up the allocated size or if the last pools have already started then we won't be able to add anyone in.
If you want to add a game via pre-reg and ensure a spot you can just fill out another registration on the website and add in the notes that you're adding just that game.

Hey FaYd, I just wanted to confirm that unfortunately we will be going with Xbox360 as the platform for Injustice. This is partially to do with local community preference but also the availability of hardware and software. I just wanted to give you a heads up so that you can organise a converter or something if that is a problem for you.
