Bad loading times are really only a problem with the SNK fighters (aside from KOF 95 due to it being a cart/CD combo game).  The earlier Capcom fighting games don't load any worse than SFIV on PS3.
I wouldn't bother getting any Saturn arcade sticks as none of them are any good without modding - a better route to go is to mod a Xbox 360 stick with a MC Cthulhu.  Even the giant HSS-0130 Astro City control panel lookalike comes with generic stock buttons and needs modding.

People need to stop their torrents when playing online too.  While they may have the overall bandwidth to download and play online at the same time, latency is going to be significantly affected.

For anyone with iiNet, change your connection speed profile to 'Gamer'.  While your upload and download sync speeds may drop, this is not important as your latency will improve on this profile.  You can change it back to whatever profile when you're done playing - it takes about 10-15 minutes for the change to take effect.

Probably better to just buy an Aussie 360 power supply brick.  A step-down transformer that'll deal with the wattage a 360 chews up is going to put out a lot of heat.

A lot of people seem to baulk at paying money for a Xbox Live Gold subscription, but really it's less than $1 a week.  Given XBL's superiority over PSN, $1 isn't much at all.
