Arcade version wasn't released outside of Japan.

Importing is also pointless because the game is fully digital, you need a cab connected to Taito's system to download it, and you need to be in Japan to sign up for the service in the first place.

Rob still comes by? I havent seen the others either for ages, Aerick, Bromen. They used to at least come on Wednesdays.

Had a very long set with ERyu player til about 9:30. GG, thanks for the games.

I learnt a lot, such as when to not focus, timing late techs, and the power of level one focus. I encourage everyone else to really train your ground game with this player.

Thanks again for organising. I dropped out pretty quick, but it was nice to finally play Ultra again with people.

Does anyone seriously have a spare stick for sale. My one has a seriously bad stick, and doesn't recognize simultaneous buttons very well.

Did anyone notice on 0:34, Chun kicked a knocked down Ryu? Bound?

By Time/weather effects, are they simply talking about what they did with the Hippo stage? Or does it go beyond that. Does it mean if Sydney is raining to shit right now, and I decide to play in Australia/Opera House at that precise moment, it's going to be raining in the game? Or snowy weather in Moscow?

It's cool to see Ryu with Denjin again, and I'm glad if they didn't put in Joudan sokutou geri, because that move was pointless if not EX.

This is nice.

Hopefully all those effects are for demo purposes and the final product is a bit less jarring on the eyes so we can follow what is going on more easily. It has a very 3d fighter look to me, like MK9 or something, so I'm immediately reminded of the EX series. But SF4 looked decidedly 3d with lots of flashy effects when it was first advertised, yet the final product looked and played exactly like a 2d fighter, albeit with more glam.

I really hate the camera zoom and cinematic mode on Ultra combos, view of the entire screen is valuable information. Fuck off with appealing to the casual audience.

Look how quick Guy's Musou Renge is in SFA3, and yet it's still more badass.

Can we stock multiple Supers again I wonder. SF4 was meant to return to Super Turbos style, I wonder if that approach remains unchanged.
