The stick felt really nice to use, very fluid unlike my Hori. Oh well, I'll try Madcatz. Thank you

Tech Talk / Razer Atrox failure
« on: April 29, 2015, 02:10:38 AM »
Needed a second opinion on this...atrox stopped working, took it back to eb, said they couldn't replace it. Offered to give me my money back, and I bought it on sale so they give me back the amount I paid. Can I ask for full non sale value to be returned?

These two characters are by far worst characters to go up against for me and it's been difficult trying to find someone who mains them to accept a friend request. One extremely good Vega did accept my friend request but so far seems unwilling to teach or even play against me again.

Hoping to find someone who is very experienced and willing to teach. Maybe a FT5/FT10 every couple of days. Unfortunately the times I can play are pretty erratic at the moment but usually between 12 and 2 pm I am online and playing. I am a Yun player.

I was a newcomer at shadowloo showdown last year and I really want to win some more games this year even if they are just casuals. But I feel like I still need a lot of work.

There's plenty interest and enough players but organising something like this is like herding bulls with a red jumper on.

People a lazy as fuck generally and thinking about anything other than hitting start is a big task.

Yeah, I've heard that before on this forum. It just seems odd, seeing people put in over 500+ hours into SSFIV or KOFXIII (Aus players) on steam, and yet nothing can get organized.

Well, I'd be interested and I'm not sure why more aren't. I actually made a thread on CG asking about this but no one has replied yet.

The scene seems so small relative to other aus scenes, I just don't know why we don't all play on PC.

(I have SFIV both on ps3 and xbox)
Obvious answers...
1: Not everyone has a PC running SF.
2: Offline is far superior to Online.

Offline is far superior to online, hence we shouldn't have an online ladder? That is fairly ridiculous. I realize that good ping is a little more important than a lot of other online competitive games, but a 3-4bar connection is all you need.

And, obviously, not every SSFIV player needs to be running SF on PC for it to work. Again, so, so obviously.

Oh and the system specs for SSFIV are incredibly low.

Oh and USFIV is going to bring loads of interested PC players to the game, and if there is no online scene they wont stay interested for very long.

Add me if you guys are still playing - I'm fairly new + I'm using a PS3 controller atm so I wont be very good...

Hi guys - I'm new here and I am wondering how many of you play KOFXIII on PC? Atm, I play on a PS3 controller but I'm trying to save up for/find a decent stick, but I'm looking for people to play against.

Edit: As I send this reply I see a steam edition thread, my apologies ^^
