Hey guys, after reading Heavys "Why is Aus so bad @ SF" thread and more recently, the friendly banter of the Rufus vs Fei matchup in the XBL thread I decided to look up frame data:

Naturally after a few seconds of studying questions started to arise... So what I was thinking was maybe start up this thread asking my questions, and subsequent questions to help re-shape this first post into more of a n00b guide to frame data and possibly more(ive always got questions

).
If anyone else has relevant questions fire away and ill add them to the list, im sure theres a heap of Q's ill forget.
Ok lets go:

10. How do we figure out if invincibility on counter to our frame traps? Ive picked ibuki on a blocking Ryu, trying her cr.lp into st.lk(or st.mp) cr.lp is +3 on block and st.lk has 4 frame start up, so im leaving a 1 frame gap to "trap" my opponent(or st.mp which has 5 frame startup so leaving 2 frames for a trap). Now with Ryu ive set the training dummy to block for a second then Medium Drgon punch which has a 3 frame startup but is invincible for the first 5 frames. When I try to figure this out im getting mixed results, I think it because my execution is poor and double so for Ryus DP execution.
9. Can someone please explain how to add up "block stun"?8b. Can someone please explain what the [13] means? Ibuki's U1 has a startup of 0+1[13]
8a. Can someone please explain what the +2 means? Ryus Super has a startup of 1+2

5. How do I calculate when I will trade hit in a frame trap? Im guessing this is most likely extremely varied with frames/moves and would have to be done properly setup in the training room?
4. How do u calculate the allowed frames to get a normal to link to a special? Cody again: cr HP into Criminal Upper cr.HP is +4 on hit but Criminal Upper is 13 frame startup... hows that work? 
3. In order to safely execute/land a follow up normal attack do I need to have a buffer of +1 or can it be done 0? Using Cody again, with his cr.LP which is +6 on hit, lets say I wanted to do a close st.MK which is 6 frame start up.
2. How do I calculate frame data off "counter hits"? Looking at Cody's data: http://wiki.shoryuken.com/Super_Street_Fighter_IV_AE/Cody I can see cr.HP So startup is 7 and is +4 on hit, so when u "counter hit" with it u can add another cant you?
1. Am I even looking at the right "frame Data"? Is there any better on the net?Thats all I have for now, but ive numbered them so I can add more later
