Hey all! :)

I was going to look into getting myself one of the original Wii systems to play some old ass Gamecube games and a handful of Wii games that i've missed out on over the years.

As such, if anyone has a complete Wii setup that also has the Gamecube capability while also having all the cables and whatever else is needed to make a Wii run, please PM me! =)

Location: : I'm in Sydney and don't mind picking it up if you're also within Sydney. If you're an interstater that's also fine, as long as all up, including postage, it isn't going to cost me significantly more than $75 - $80 or so.

Price : Just going by the EBGames current price, nothing over $80 total. Willing to spend the extra money to keep it in the community, look at me i am such a nice guy etc etc

EBGames has pre-owned Wii's for $63 atm, but i'd like to keep the $$ in the community if possible so thought i'd post and see if anyone needed some extra $$ and wanted to get rid of their Wii's!

Take Care! ;D

kinda late haha but thanks for taking the time to set this up! had fun :)

woah thanks for putting so much time into this post man :)

I have only ever vs'ed another human being in SFxT once maybe twice since i've owned it. In the hype of the patch i bought the DLC characters (sigh) and feel like i HAVE to play this game in order to get my $$ worth! If anyone is up for beating my ass online add me or pm a message.

I'm always down for long sets of any fighting game :)

I don't mean to be a negative nancy over here but i was thinking that, if we would be using their consoles then we would have to account for Patches and DLC characters etc.

Plus their monitors might be all different (like the one at Bass Hill) which could mean some are laggy and what not (people with the good monitor will not want to move while other people with shitty monitors/ no dlc will be wanting the good monitor etc).

man i am jealous as fukc that you guys are having such a good time!

When is that 3rd strike tourny (that we voted for) going to be held and is there a stream at all?

Take Care! :pogchamp:

Argh there is like nobody to play on xbl anymore :(

Either you spend 10 mins looking for somebody and they have never played a fighting game before

They are so good you swear they are ex Korean champions in Australia on holiday lol

I am biting the bullet and getting myself a ps3 just to play people online in this game ... that;s how bad it is haha

I'm starting to get back into AE (for the 50th time) :P If anyone wants to beat me up add me! :)

Ohh and while i remember it, is it possible to drive up the front doors of the venue to unload/load the equipment from our cars? If i have to park where i did last time, 4 people lugging all this stuff will be a bit of a chore :P

Oh cool ... so in terms of parking, how far should we expect to have to end up parking?

I have only been to Mac Q once before and i had to park near the Aldi or whatever it was across the road and not sure what the limits are like?

Wow thanks for the thorough in depth response man!

Around $4,000 was what i was expecting it to cost as well. I noticed that comic-con was on a few days after EVO and was thinking of going there to finish off the trip. Ideally, i would like to get there a little early to goto Wednesday Night Fights, go to EVO then head to Comic-Con :P

The last i had a look at the details was a few days after EVO while i was still in that EVO mood, so i'm sure i'm forgetting something or getting dates confused :P

But yeah, the sooner i start saving the more fun it will actually be  :p:

Hey all!

I have always wanted to go overseas for awhile now and after EVO 2012 i started saving for 2013!

Since i have only ever been to QLD (for schoolies) and VIC (for SS2k11), i know there are alot of obvious and little things that one needs to take into consideration while going overseas for the first time. So i was just wondering (and i'm sure anyone else who is interested on going next year) how much did you think it was going to cost you and in hindsight, how much would you plan to save if you went again?

The last thing i want to do is go overseas and JUST have enough money to scrape by .. i want to live my own version of The Hangover and have no regrets haha

But yeah, how much did the 2012 EVO trip end up costing you guys?

Take care!

Bloody hell how have you not sold these sticks man ??! I guarantee that whoever is interested in them now will regret it as soon as they see "sorry all sticks gone :)"

I get that from ebay all the time .. i umm and ahhh about it until i notice they have been sold and this ... shit i wanted those :(

Make a raffle at $10 a ticket  :Kappa:

How about we all chip in and make an FGTV house in Australia?  :Kappa:

That would be pretty sick though ... enough people and i'd actually be saving money on rent/expenses lol
