Lol what?

I figured rob would be just as annoying :P

Nah ggs though  ;D always fun playing against your sim. You'll eventually get used to her I'm sure.

GGs to Rob too. Epic mirrors and I can certainly understand the frustration playing against her when I play your ibuki! Thanks for tips and advice.

Good games thanks. Yeah I try to make things happen, I'm trying to come forward more often, make it happen. I don't think sitting back with Ryu is any fun for me, it's boring as! :) and if I have to sit back? I will, but if I don't need to, then I'm coming forward.

cypheros,

Even though I (mostly) know how to block that Kunai those mixups still blow my mind and your execution is so good but I think there were a few blunders here and there - mostly by me though :/.

So whats the go with Akuma's teleport? Can you OS it or do you just have to keep an eye on what your opponent does and react? I don't teleport 'cause I figure there is one way to chase after spammers so I stick with blocking.

By the way I've had a fair bit of viper experience and the thing with viper plays is that they're really good or non existent so the training is rigorous, grueling, backbreaking and everything horrible but its paid off.

Oh and ggs to Punk54u, In4war and Hornjo69 or whatever it is. I've now got a new problem: Vega. Fucks my shit up so bad. *sigh* I have to learn how to turtle now.....pricks. Or figure out poke someone with standing pokes with shitloads more range than ryu's c.mk :s

Hey Alex,

GGs btw. I think it's fair to say we were fimbling a fair bit in some of those games but your char plays are certainly no walk in the park. You're starting to really read ibuki a lot better now. I really try not to rely on kunai vortex too much especially against players who know what to expect it from it so I really do need to mix it up with a few different things as you said.

It is OS-able however if a kunai is thrown, is more from a reaction than an option select. Personally I feel that blocking is a lot safer than teleporting unless you play a ibuki that lets you get away with it. I think you're doing the right thing!

Yeah I've recently been trying to get stuck into viper again. I forget how fun she is however with playing ibuki almost full time now, it feels like I need to re-learn all my matchups again  :o

Also ggs to Vladan AU. It was really fun watching both you and alex duel it out with the ryu mirrors. I really have to approach the match-up a bit differently against you Vlads. You do tend to play a very untraditional ryu but it is a very attractive style and I like it. Anyway you both taught me a few things which I need to work on so hope we get to play more soon.  ;)

Heh I know I know ... I saw the amount of games you had played and realised it was only a matter time before you had to take a mandatory break. I need me some Akuma practise too, so hope we'll get a good set in soon. I don't get to play much at nights these days, and I know it's the prime time for everyone to play, but hopefully I'll be able to free up in the next week or so.
