It's actually very difficult via email as the guys we've dealt with in the past and continue to deal with are very busy flying around to events so you really need to call regularly if you want to keep in touch. I was lucky to catch our contact in the office on Tuesday via phone to get something organised for the ranbat this weekend.

@ToM: The US seems to be selling UMvC3 from what I've seen on facebook (Not every where), so maybe more stores will follow.
