If you guys are keen for some funsies wifi battles I'm down. Simulators aren't as fun for me, I like the feel of battling with my own 'mons (even though ill shamelessly IV/EV hack them because nobody has time for that arbitrary shit)
Yeah, I'd be down for something, I'm pretty flexible, others can choose the rules and I should have something (not necessarily something good) to bring in. I prefer ingame too, which is why the crappy online options in 5th gen were annoying, all they needed was to allow level rounding in 6v6 and I'd be down.
@hsb I'm not sure what my mate's handle is, but it could be St. Cameron. I won't give away his full name, but if it helps he's also from Wollongong. There's a chance I might be mis-remembering the facebook posts he was make about the site pre launch, but I'm pretty sure he mentioned he was involved.
Yupyup, I definitely know him, he'll go to IRL meets when he can (mainly the big ones considering the distance, I sat next to him at Zelda concert). Unless somehow I'm mistaken he wasn't *directly* involved with the creation of the site, not one of the staff or anything, and as of late not aaaall that active, but all those who met up, since heaps of site admins are among us (and there's no real difference when we meet up), had heard about the lead up to the site. Also, as the changeover was near there was some hype building and all of us basically tried to mention it to friends.
I've been screwing around with competitive pokemon lately but it's more fun to screw around with less used pokemon! I love little league battles though because they're fun haha
Yeah, I still tend to play standard, but my focus is to use what I find fun to use, sometimes that ends up being super OU stuff (Scizor is fun to use), but that's rarely why I'll choose something. I know enough that I can enjoy making the things I like as good as they can be.
