PS3 to X360 converter

After YSB I realised that my controls isn't too responsive as I thought. I would suggestions for a lagless PS3 to X360 converter for pad.

I was going to suggest dual-modding it but it's a pad.

Well, turns out there is no reliable one
I'm using a PS2 to X360 converter with xTokki

I stated PS3 because I practice with it more than my PS2 one

This looks fairly promising.

I've been using an XCM crossfire 2.0 which is good enough but this seems better. Smaller, cheaper and easier to set up.
That and it works with multiple consoles.
