Thanks Madenka. I wish I was still working in the city. Will try to make it. Not sure if anyone recognizes me, but I may recognize some of the faces. If you see an obese  Lebanese dude walk in and make some faces worry and reach out for the wallets to make sure they are secured because I may look like I am here to rob the place, than fear not as I am only there to play some SF.

that's usually my indicator when I get lost haha. First time I went to Central, people thought I was lost and were telling me Bankstown is on the other side, Than I got out my stick and they directed me to the SF section.  :P

hey guys, i haven't played ssf4 for years but i dropped by GGs today and noticed they had a tv set up and 2 guys playing. I wanted a few quick rounds and asked where to pay, but I was told that they wanted to practice and casuals were really only available on Fridays. What's the arrangement over there nowadays? Do i need to bring my own sticks and prearrange a time with people on the forums?
PS3 just for ssf4. Sony, I hate you so much.

So there are no casual sf4 set ups outside of Friday night events?

The set ups are always available for play. They should have four setups there (sticks included). Just pay the counter and you're good to go.

The hard part is just finding people to play with. (unless you're happy just to training mode it up) Friday nights is the weekly get together. Any time outside of that will need to be organised beforehand, unless you grab a friend or something.

RIP Galaxy World Dec 2012
RIP Good Games Oct 2014
I'm finally free to play some games and this out. So sad.
Back to CA and TZ... I assume it's AE or AE2012 and not USF4

not much happening except for ysb every month

speaking of offline scene, i've been talking to people at the nerdcave who has a new payment system. you pay around $2 per hour, and you'll have a timer. you can stop the timer whenever you leave etc so you can use the most of your time. Currently there's no sticks there, but they said they have a storage area for sticks. problem is that most of the ozhadou stick has already been handed out for prizes. it'll be great to get a weekly thing going on again and use the pc's for sf. how many people are interested in this type of setup?
