Razer Atrox failure
« on: April 29, 2015, 02:10:38 AM »
Needed a second opinion on this...atrox stopped working, took it back to eb, said they couldn't replace it. Offered to give me my money back, and I bought it on sale so they give me back the amount I paid. Can I ask for full non sale value to be returned?

In short, no.

If your receipt reflects the sale price and that's what you paid for it, that's what you are refunded.

Consider it a bonus that you also no longer own a Razor stick.
So keep your bankroll lottery eat your salad day deathbed motorcade.

The stick felt really nice to use, very fluid unlike my Hori. Oh well, I'll try Madcatz. Thank you

Buy Razer gaming gear if you want it to fail at the grand finals.
