Your translation is top tier, no problem.

A 2f reversal is crazy though. I'm really curious to see how this turns out.

It,ll change a heap of match ups for sure, there's almost nothing that can't punish. Again he needed his shit buffed but playing Guy with meter is going to result in some heavy ass stalemate scenarios.

I like the changes they have done for evil ryu 900 to 950 life and a 6 frame sweep FTW. Hugo is looking fun to play i might use him in USF4.

I agree with Gamogo. First thing I thought when I played SF4 was that having completely safe uppercuts was stupid. Can't believe people are crying about their 3 frame invincible special with a huge hit box is getting nerfed so it's not completely safe ON BLOCK.

Yeah most complaints stem from the argument of using two meters should allow you a safe outcome hit or block. The mentality behind using yolo FADC has been cemented long since '08.

Guy is too slow to freely jump in. And now his reversal doesnt let him get freely jumped on. Everyone stays grounded, sounds like a fair deal to me.

It also seems like his st HK got a major buff as an AA.

To be fair it was pretty hard to jump on a good guy player (phero) since his cr.mp was pretty awesome, I don't think this buff is for AA purposes, seems more like a grounded pressure buff.

I've been having many debates about this 2f guy ex dp.

I seriously think that NO character should have a 2f dp. Guy couldn't be jumped on with cmp and his ex dp is a good anti air already it's 4 frames! I wish my dp was 4 frames lol. but 2 frames is a complete joke. A joke that isn't funny, i might add.

2 frames seems so random, as in very out of place. I'll play Guy a lot more though if he gets to keep a 2 frame tatsu.

Looks like he can cancel it into other specials too. Neat.

And some more (with explanation):

Looks to be a glitch. This is in line with what Ikuya was talking about earlier.

Seems like they just thought "can't balance guy so lets just give him something retarded"

Week one and it's not even got into the hands of the mass public yet, you have to wonder how much shit like this will be in the game and NOT found.

The Ultra is fine, its really the inconsistent hitboxes of both his target combos. MP-> HP whiffs on crouching Claw unless its absolutely point blank, that alone pits the matchup in Claws favor 6-4
