Hori UMvC, Qanba 4, HRAP?

As the title says, wondering what I should go for as a first stick.

The Hori is $120, free shipping in Aus, Qanba 4 is $150-ish and shipping will be rates from JP, HRAP is around $200 but (from what I've read) is a really really good stick, especially SA KAI.

Another option I suppose would be to build my own. Do these end up being cheaper or more expensive? Can you make one yourself for less than $120 and have it be of better quality than UMvC stick?

custom pcb like the ps360+ are laggier than the umvc stick. i love my umvc. i don't like the weight, it's a bit light for my liking and if you have some big thighs, it might slide off. but on the bright side, it's less tiring lugging it around in tournaments.

i like how it's lagless so i can switch between pc and xbox timings without adjusting. on pc, any stick is lagless on it. HRAP might uses the same pcb as the umvc one, it being lagless, but you'll need to check that out yourself.
