I bought from Hori USA and used a shipping service, all up it was about $250. Unless you find a secondhand one this is the best method.

That's the service I went with, very prompt, they took photos when it arrived and the price was very reasonable (you get free shipping in USA from Hori).
 
It's a great stick, although quite large if you want to take it to meets/tournaments.
